The Perfect Place to begin your process of planning a special event. Located at 11 Landis Avenue Millersville, PA 17551 (10-15 minutes from Park City) this renovated early 1900 black smith shop was home to Lori, her husband Bradley and girls Marisa and Kaylan for 25 years. It is now a quaint and inspiring place to browse, gather ideas, view sample table settings and pretty ideas for your next party, corporate gala or wedding.

This website is the result of celebrations of life. We gather around the table in every culture to mark special occasions, welcome a birth, join in marriage or say goodbye. These celebrations can be a simple toast or shared meal or the event of a lifetime.

Even the most casual party starts with a good plan, the key to making it look effortless. For some, entertaining is easy and spontaneous, and for others stressful and exhausting. Some hosts are very visual in how their plan may play out in their heads while others need to see samples of fabric, color combinations, entire set tables or invitation options. 

That is exactly what the Perfect Plan Showroom has to offer. This Showroom changes with each season, featuring beautifully set tables in the latest color themes and table setting ideas as a way to get your creative juices flowing. 

Various preferred Vendors I recommend in all the entertaining areas are showcased and new ones introduced in these months, February (spring), June (summer), September (fall), December (winter) with seasonal linens, florals and themes for browsing only. 

My Office to meet clients is here also and offers clients resource materials to gather ideas from and have fun planning a special event together. After an initial free introduction, our planning services are available for as little or as much help as you may need to help pull together that special occasion. From simply “consulting only”, to “day of” services to full event planning and management, we will pull together the best vendors in central PA and surrounding areas to meet your vision and budget.
 

 
Rental Space is available in this restored quaint salt box style 1912 black smith shop in Millersville, PA. This space is perfect for meetings, smaller parties, showers and rehearsal dinners. Tables, chairs and couches are available in a pretty and relaxing home atmosphere. A bricked patio surrounded by perennials is a perfect space for cocktails in the summer. You may bring in your own food, beverage and décor or it can be ordered for you. Inquire to Lori for pricing.

There are a few Retail items available at this point such as Queen Street Linen custom linens and napkins, all occasion invitations, and wedding accessories with possible expansion in that area at a later date.
